Ще сто років тому письменник О. І. Купрін написав: "Ох, цей жахливий світ майбутнього - світ машин, гарячкової квапливості, нервової сверблячки, вічної напруги розуму, волі і душі! Він несе передчасну старезність, раптову втому і розслаблення". Об'єктивні труднощі щодо їх лікування звели проблему боротьби із «хворобами цивілізації» в ранг державної важливості. У зв'язку з цим варто звернутися до істин, що були відомі ще в стародавності. Еквівалента активної фізичної діяльності для збереження і зміцнення здоров'я немає. Ніякі ліки не дають такого ефекту, як фізичні вправи, і зокрема біг. Біг і ходьба є доступними для кожної людини. Заняття оздоровчим бігом, ходьбою, іншими видами фізичної активності в даний час - це усвідомлена необхідність.
Energyeffective technologies in telecommunications are technologies, which are sent to the effective (rational) use of power resources in industry which as nobody needs their permanent consumption. Use of less of energy for providing of the same level of the power providing, for example, of the base station or DPC.
Using these technologies it is possible to attain the economic justified efficiency of the use of теплоэнергетических resources at the existent level of development of technique, technology and observance of requirements to the guard of environment. This field of knowledge is on the joint of engineering, economy, jurisprudence and sociology.
